Tom Devos is the Founder and CEO of Hyperfox, the Belgian tech company that automates B2B customer operations (order to cash, quote to cash & procure to pay) with AI. Founded in 2023 and headquartered at Corda Campus in Hasselt, Hyperfox acts as an AI-native customer operations platform between customer, supplier and operational systems: it captures, validates and routes orders, offers, complaints, … from any channel (email, PDF, Excel, EDI or customer portal) straight into ERP, CRM, WMS and TMS systems, eliminating manual entry and costly errors. Manufacturers, distributors and logistics companies across the food, pharma, chemical and transport industries rely on Hyperfox to run leaner supply chains and free up their teams for real customer work.
In January 2025, Hyperfox raised a €3.2 million seed round from Volta Ventures, JK Invest, LRM and RDY Ventures to accelerate its product development and international growth.
An entrepreneur since founding his first digital agency at 18, Tom previously built and led Intago, an experience that shaped his conviction that great companies are built on strong foundations, not just fast growth. Outside of Hyperfox, he is the co-founder of Museum44 in Meensel-Kiezegem, a digital experience center about the Second World War.
